Shipping

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within two business days. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe you will be notified via email. Delivery time may take up to 10 business days, depending on the delivery location.

We use Australia Post for all shipping. Domestic orders are charged at a flat rate of $7.00 for orders totalling up to $100 after any relevant discounts have been applied. Domestic orders totalling more than $100 after discounts will be shipped free of charge within Australia. 

International orders will be charged the actual cost of shipping with Australia Post. 

Returns 

We understand that you may not always be satisfied with your purchase. Colours can sometimes appear different in photos compared to the real thing. We are happy to send you a small sample before you decide to purchase, however, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any product cut to your specifications.

We will happily issue a refund on items sold pre-packed such as patterns, fabric packs and ribbon bundles. Any item returned for a refund must be in original, saleable condition
